A little ashamed to have been a customer for several years without having left a review. ‍ So there you have it, I was a Mongelli customer for over 15 years (Castanet, then Aussonne . I have always appreciated their expertise and the quality of their pizza, even if it has been deteriorating for a long time. And then one day the brand changes, I say to myself Come on, disaster... no more Mongelli but Montini now! . In short, I tried and not only had the pleasant surprise of finding friendly and professional staff... but above all, the pizza went up a notch in taste! The dough is particularly good (soft and crispy just out of the oven , the ingredients are top notch and the recipes are in the pure Italian tradition with a little personal touch. No Emmental pizza here or ingredients under the cheese (phew!! .
