Little Caesars Pizza - Austell

It took the employees 1 hour and a half to give me my pizza when more people order the same amount as I and received them before me when they ordered me. Next time online do not order in the store.

How hard is it for an employee to open a box and CHECK it?s the right thing?!?!? I understand the staffing shortage is an issue and I have no problem being patient , however I do have a problem when I?m waiting 30 minutes for my order and get the WRONG thing. Being short staffed DOES NOT excuse this issue. Not only was my order wrong but the pizzas looked disappointing. I didn?t order a cheese pizza but they gave me one and it looked messy. My pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to be stuffed crust, wasn?t correct and it was cut into ridiculous shaped sizes. This place needs serious management reform.

Poor customer service.. gave us the wrong pizza.. went back in to have it replaced.. only for the Employee to cook pizza for the other ten people that came in behide us.. after asking for the Manager's name.. three employees started walking around not giving me the Managers name.. telling me that the Manager was in the back of the store but they didn't know where he was.. oh. He was outside.. the Employees nor the Manager never gave me a name.. it took 30 minutes to replace a pizza that they messed up on...

I got lucky today with a fresh cheese pizza that wasn?t in the hotbox for a decade. Amaya was the cashier she was really nice and polite hope they give you a raise soon ???? Not bad for a $5 dollar pizza.coming from a guy with 12+ years pizza experience. It was shockingly amazing.Well done! ? Thanks again Amaya you rock ????

This is the fifth time I?ve order the supreme deep dish and it?s raw!! Not cooked correctly. No one wants to eat raw dough especially my five kids. I also ordered three pizzas total and they were cold. Not warm. I?m not expecting it to me hot but really cold!? This place needs to do better. I called them a total of ten times!! The last call someone finally picked up, didn?t say hello or anything they just hung up the phone. The manger of this place needs to get there worker straight! And I?m sure they is a manger working so why are all the calls being ignored!!???? Horrible never ordering with them again. I rather drive an extra 15 minutes then get anything from this location!!!
