Contribuisci feedbackI literally waited over an hour for three orders of wings and pepperoni cheese bread. I understand the restaurant is understaffed, but it was clear that the staff didn’t seem interested in their work. It even felt like they were deliberately working slowly. Having worked at Little Caesars many years ago, I know this level of service is simply unacceptable.
The pizza was tasty, and although the restaurant was short-staffed, resulting in a longer wait time, the employees worked hard and did a commendable job given the circumstances.
On Friday, October 7th, I ordered 24 pizzas for a party scheduled for Saturday, October 8th, at 8:00 PM. However, when I picked up my order, I discovered that I only received 12 pizzas. This is unacceptable service, and it’s clear that they didn’t pay attention to my order. I had to leave the restaurant with just 14 pizzas, which was incredibly disappointing.
It took the employees 1 hour and a half to give me my pizza when more people order the same amount as I and received them before me when they ordered me. Next time online do not order in the store.
How hard is it for an employee to open a box and CHECK it?s the right thing?!?!? I understand the staffing shortage is an issue and I have no problem being patient , however I do have a problem when I?m waiting 30 minutes for my order and get the WRONG thing. Being short staffed DOES NOT excuse this issue. Not only was my order wrong but the pizzas looked disappointing. I didn?t order a cheese pizza but they gave me one and it looked messy. My pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to be stuffed crust, wasn?t correct and it was cut into ridiculous shaped sizes. This place needs serious management reform.
