Contribuisci feedbackThe young man that took my money said nothing, the girl that gave me my food lied to me and said she gave me unsweetened tea. When I went in to exchange the tea and the girl at the counter pointed to the drinks and told me the tea with the blue label. Just dum the one I had.No good morning, no thank you, no apology for the mistake. I felt like I was bothering the last girl. Now I now why I quit eating there.
Expensive. Cashier person taking our order wasn't that friendly.
I went to grab my mom a bite to eat when I got off of work. I get to the drive through, and I'm told the system is down, but I see people inside eating. So, I pulled to the side and called on my cell phone asking what time do you all close. I was told 10:00. It was 7:59 p.m. I go inside to order, and I hear the workers in the back asking why the door was not locked. They took my order, and the cashier needs to practice her tone when she is taking customers' orders. The workers in the back were unprofessional. As I leave, I see the drive through customers are being assisted. The burger that I ordered was old instead of fresh. This is not the first time I have had a not so good encounter with this Wendy's by Six Flags. A week ago, my mother and I ordered some food and the worker at the window had a poor attitude. She gave us the food with a poor attitude I try this Wendy's again thinking I would have a better experience. Nothing has changed. This Wendy's has a lot of workers I don't know if they're in high school or fresh out of high school, but they are young and need to be sat down and taught how to be professional, polite, and keep their poor attitudes out the door. They should be on Undercover Boss.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, service/cashier is horrible. She is on some type of drugs or may have a 3rd grade level. She can't comphred simple orders I came in at 4:30 p.m. on 11/01/2023.
I ordered a small lemonade, they charged me for a large , I requested an adjusted refund because I wanted the small drink not a large and they were not willing to help and told me I won't be able to get the refund from the large to small. They also were giving me an attitude and weren't very helpful. I have worked in fast food chains and know what the policy is. I didn't appreciate the service and it wasn't a good way to start off my morning
