Nice vibe with friendly service. We tried the Blackened Shrimp Tacos and sweet potato fries, both were tasty. The sweet potato were nice and crisp and the Cilantro lime sauce on the tacos really brought it together. Also tried a **** mary great flavor!! They do a beer back as well.
We just passed through town and picked this place only because it was listed dog friendly. It turned out to be a great stop. The energetic waiter brought a large bowl of water for Wolfee, we sat outside on a beautiful day. Fish and chips were nice andcrispy. A short walk in the park across the street wrapped up a great stop.
Pretty good menu; we all ordered different items and enjoyed our lunch. The waitress was excellent, as she was friendly, attentive, and quick with both taking our orders and delivering our meals.
When the Austin area was partially closed on Thursday to the winter storm, I was only hoping that the next day a restaurant was opened again. I thought of a steakhouse I haven't tried yet, and perry was on my head. I was glad that they were reopened on Friday afternoon, because I am not at all on Friday. my main effort was to try the Friday Pork Chop-Lunch Special. I usually don't eat brot, but this special restaurant has spattered me for the brot and the butter they have offered. then the chief admirer came out and when I saw him, I felt like in another world. even if the pork was a midday cut, he still looks huge and very appetizing. also the potatoes and the apfelsauce (which I never had) were great. when I cut down in the black, it was so delicate that it just fell easier than I could imagine. I even ordered a side of fried asparagus with lump crumbs above and it was delicious. my waitress angie was extraordinary when it came to the service she gave me, and I really appreciate her that I was satisfied with the experience I had. next time I should pick up a day off, I will come to lunch for the pork chop.
