This place has consistently good steak, a fun atmosphere, and their bread rolls are addicting! The staff is amazing. Quincy, one of the managers, always makes sure my order is just how I like it. You might need to wait for a table on holidays and weekends, but here's my secret skip the line and head straight to the bar. The bartenders are attentive, friendly, and genuine. Kaitlyn not only remembers my order, she suggested that the kitchen grill my mixed veggies, which is now my new favorite side. She even mourned with me on the loss of Mango Cart on draft. Honestly, the bartenders are the reason why I keep coming back. Skip the line, head to the bar, and say hi to Kaitlyn for me. And if they ever bring Mango Cart back, make sure to give it a try!

Texas Roadhouse is exactly what I thought it would be. The atmosphere was great. A little bit loud in the best possible way. It was the sound of families having a nice meal in a nice family friendly restaurant. Our server whose name I wish that I remembered was friendly and attentive and was able to accommodate my special order. The steak was great. Tender and seasoned perfectly. The salad and sides were also just perfect. I cant wait to go back.
