An unforgettable gastronomic experience! We recently had the chance to dine in this beautiful restaurant, and I have to say that it was an absolutely amazing culinary experience. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the charming and attentive conductor (Olivier), which created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The tasting menu was varied and offered an attractive selection of gourmet dishes. Each dish was a work of culinary art, as beautiful as it was delicious. Fresh and seasonal ingredients were showcased with creativity and mastered by the talented chef (Pierre) of the establishment. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The waiter was attentive, passionate about his job, and made sure that we had a pleasant moment without being intrusive. The restaurant setting was simply charming. The name Le Jardin Gourmand is well chosen because the restaurant has a beautiful garden that adds a touch of romanticism to the culinary experience. We also enjoyed the elegant and refined decoration inside the restaurant. With regard to wines, Olivier has selected wines perfectly adapted to the dishes served. In summary, our experience was unforgettable. The combination of exceptional cuisine, attentive service and a charming setting makes it an essential place for gastronomy lovers in Auxerre. Architecture, aesthetics, finesse and well on the flavour of the dishes of the tasting menu are worth a visit and a return. The foie gras pie buried under the truffle shavings will forever be engraved in my memory. The cheese tray is amazing!!! The map of the strong wines provided. With my husband, going to dinner at the Gourmand Garden, at Pierre and Olivier, it is a gift that we offer from time to time, it fills us with joy, sweetness and sharing. The meal is, how to say...magic for taste buds and eyes! collectors of works of art the place is sumptuously decorated and Olivier makes us travel by telling us, always with sparklingly their discoveries of products during their journey. This place is a rare pearl and we have the chance to live within 50 km to allow us this fabulous moment.
