A very disappointing experience, the service was so bad we will never return

I have tried this place twice but each time there is always something missed. I ordered a 4 seasons pizza: one season was missing!!!!! To explain better: the chicken ratio smelled very bad despite it being very spicy and grilled chicken tacos or rather taco sauce!!! Too much sauce kills the taste. The decoration and service were on point but I advise them to work on the quality of the products served. Service: Dine in

On 08/18/2023 I went with my family for the first time to this location which I 100% do not recommend given the quality of the food and the service. Chicken shawarmas that smell like Kosher, a Burger that doesn't sit straight and dishes that are half-served (fries that come after 10 minutes) The order was delivered over 3 periods. One member of the family eats and the others wait 15 minutes. This is disappointing and should be avoided.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! Very disappointed with the food and especially the service. You get out of the house to eat out and have good time but your return disappointed knowing that such restaurants are still open and someone else will be using their services and get through the same bad experience.
