Seven Mile Island Deli - AVALON

This is a tiny spot, but definitely worth a visit for a meal. Josh prepares the finest soups and chili. The salads, sandwiches, and subs are all generously portioned. I particularly enjoy his homemade tuna salad, but there are plenty of other options to choose from. The prices are quite affordable too. You can even call ahead and pick up your food on your way to the beach!

Tim's sandwiches and hoagies are made with delicious, fresh bread. The Italian hoagies are the best in Avalon and Stone Harbor. The service is quick and friendly! Just be aware that the meat is cut to order, so it's best to avoid ordering during peak lunch hours, which is completely understandable. This shop is always busy and has become a staple in Avalon.

This charming little restaurant offers delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. They play classic movies on VHS, which adds a nostalgic touch to the dining experience, even during busier times. The owner is a wonderful person, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
