Subway - Avenel

UPDATE on September 12, 2022: It's unusual for me to leave a one-star review, but typically someone would reach out to address my concerns. That hasn’t happened in this case, which suggests that the owner isn't attentive to customer feedback.

The customer service here is excellent; the staff is incredibly friendly and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. As for everything else, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a Subway.

The food was terrible. I called to return it and request a refund, but I was told there were no options available. I plan to contact the owner and my credit card company about this issue.

The team here is fantastic! The manager is hilarious, and I really enjoy his energy. His crew is excellent as well. This is easily the best Subway in the country! They truly deliver on great service and food. Be sure to try the steak and cheese melt!

Great place with friendly staff. The store is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it!
