Cheen Huaye Southern Mexican - Aventura

We ordered two rock steak plates, but the food arrived cold. The steak should be grilled, and it didn't taste like authentic Mexican cuisine. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning.

I felt like the waitress was trying her best to earn a low review. Starting a restaurant is challenging, but poor service is sure to lead to negative customer feedback. Two of our dishes didn't come with tortillas, even though the waitress specifically asked if we wanted flour or corn. When we brought this to her attention, we also requested extra red salsa. It took about 5-6 minutes to receive the tortillas, but we never got the salsa. We then asked for another tortilla, which was part of our original order (two dishes, two tortillas). When we finally spoke to the waitress again, she mistakenly thought we had ordered three baskets of tortillas. She clearly wasn't paying much attention to our table, given all these issues. To top it off, the chicken fajitas were not very tender, but that's not why I'm writing this review—it's all about the poor service we experienced.

In the picky with Mexican food (Mexical born here) and this place is simply great. I had the mole, Fajitas, Enchiladas and their chips and salsa to mention some. No bad experience and service is great. Oh and Margaritas are my favorite. Being in this place for 4 years and never being disappointed.

For many years here. This is South Mexican cuisine. Unlike Tex Mex or Northern Mexican. Enjoyable atmosphere. Service was good. The food was perfect. Art was on its way to the toilet. I didn't get a picture of the food since it was a father day and we talked too much. ?

First time at this restaurant. We stopped by because it was next to the dance studio when we had a class. The food was very good, and service was excellent. Definitely worth the visit.
