L'Extra in Reims isn't just a fantastic Michelin-rated restaurant. It's special because the friendly staff, both front and back of house, have disabilities. This innovative program creates meaningful work, and it shows. The service was warm and genuine, the food incredible. My perfectly cooked fish and light-as-air vanilla soufflé were divine, and my son devoured his duck (17/10, according to him! .
