Contribuisci feedbackI ordered online and 1/2 of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. My chips were stale. When I went back to the store he asked if he made them wrong and I said yes and he asked if he wanted me to remake them. He did apologize but there should be better communication on his end on how they should make things right. He was the only person working so I could tell he was busy.
I visited this Subway at 11:08:11 on 2/7/24 the place was dirty, chips and pop not stocked. I waited at the counter for the woman who was suppose to be working while she tied her apron, moved things around on back counter, fiddled around and finally turned and faced the customers without a greeting she waited for the order, I was told they had no white bread, the lettuce was old and wilted and the pickles were gray. My wheat bread was hard and the sandwich had hardly any fixings and meat, forgot the cheese. I will not be back, the prices do not reflect what you get and quality is way down. You can do better!
They were cranking out a large catering and made time to make my sandwich. I had a Subway Series sandwich and a churro. Best quick lunch in IGH.
I can't seem to want to ever go there again because only 1 person working but the store run out of some of the vegetables and where they were held it was a mess, I walked out of the store,
I ordered a six inch Philly. The employee was trying to run the store alone. Took 20 mins to get the 2 customers ahead of me. When I got home and took a bite, it was cold. Philly should be warm. He never warmed the meat. Then I saw how little meat there was. OMG! I paid 11.00 for a sandwich that according to my kitchen scale ha 1.89 ounces of meat on it. I threw it out. Complete fail.
