A fine mix of luxury and heritage dont expect to be treated with the socially boring best Western style or hospitable in this peculiarity, as it belongs to the luxurious layer of the bland hotel chain! the Sofraga Palace, where the hotel is located, is actually one of the most important historical sights of the city itself! it is a piece history and has even run the old walls of avila in its corridors and facilities! cool is that?! if they want to sleep in a building that still breathes history and excruciating, they don't see anymore! location: situated within the walls of the old city that makes it unbeatable when it comes to the situation! dine drink: beautiful restaurant with terrace and bar room: we were in room 110, so this review is based on this; view: beautiful view of the old town and cathedrale of its balcony!; size: very spacious room; AIR-CON: perfectly functioning cooler that helped to set the perfect room temperature; bed: comfortable bed that played the expected part to sleep me; bathroom: stand in shower; accessories: excellent wellness quality cosmetics of codage brand. facilities: no gym or swimming pool, only old world chill! if you need a training, simply make a walk through the city on the historic wall! service: friendly staff who took care of all our needs with a smile and pampered us and felt well maintained. special shout after elena at the reception to improve our stay
