Contribuisci feedbackI had quite few bad experiences when I go there at the night because of the guy with the name David. Maybe he needs a raise or holidays, he seems very stressed and dump it on the customers. People like him shouldn’t work with the public
Had to do a recharge on my EV and no other chargers are nearby. The place won't take my amex or the app, and i had to work it out in the cold evening.
Went there tonight for fuel. Was unable to enter the premises. Was told to pay at small counter At window but they did allow a car full of halfwit bogans inside the premises. That’s perfectly okay. Talk about no logic
I went there at 1 am and I didn’t know what wanted as was going to get some snacks, but because I had to go to the window I could not see what I wanted to get and he told me to hurry up because he has things to do. Was very rude and doesn’t like serving people. He also keeps people waiting for ages so he can work at the back. Because he had no patience I spent less money.
Hi, i have been going to the BP quite a lot recently with some of my friends, and i am absolutely appalled at the customer service. a guy by the name of ‘David’ was so rude and unprofessional and made me scared to go and get some more stuff from the BP. whenever we ask to get more then 1 item he swears under his breath and is so rude to us by getting angry and walking as though we are the problem. if i recall this is his job and shouldn’t be getting angry at 15 year olds for asking for some food. i work at the maccas across the road and if i were to treat a customer like he did to us i would be fired. i hope that you guys can have a firm chat with David so no other customers have to be treated this way. i would like to say though there was a middle eastern man that was so nice and deserves a pay rise. he was so kind, nice and also had great customer service. please recognize him in some way please. Thank u
