Burger King - Avon

Place was dirty, bathroom was very dirty. Food was awful, the most disgusting meal, meat was hard and sandwich looked old like it was sitting out all week. I Ended up throwing it all away. I Tried to get a drink and there was no ice in the machine, fruit flies everywhere and pop machine not working. We Called Tracy and she said she was the manager but did not do anything to better the situation. The workers name was Caroline and she took our order and was hollering at us and very aggressive because we asked if we could get the meal instead of just the sandwich. She was taking orders on Tracy’s register cash drawer. They began speaking another language and talking bad behind the counter. This place needs shut down. It is absolutely despicable. Drove by the building and Caroline is hanging out the drive-thru window on her cell phone. Bad way to represent the company.

If I wanted to wait this long at a drive through being the only one in the line I would have raised the cow from a calf myself and made my own burger. Unbelievable it could take 25 minutes for one order. Does the fry oil have to heat up from room temp every time?

Closing shift is full of bird brains dude said burger king doesn’t take codes from coupons anymore (I used a code 2 days prior) I can’t imagine being lazy to where you make something up because you don’t wanna make food. Ridiculous

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Burger King. Do not recommend

Place sucks. Manager is rude. Screwed up my order and wouldn't fix it.
