I waited several minutes and no one came to the front, but I was able to hear a couple employees talking, as they were stocking stuff behind the wall, about their shoe size and their families shoe sizes and no one looked up. A waiter walked past three times and said nothing. Needless to say I didn’t eat there.
After a few shopping stops we came here very hungry but the food took too long, I love my steaks medium but like all other locations I have been their cooks don't know how to properly cook a steak as the guest request. My steak was well done and absolutely overcooked for me. I'm the one that never send food back unless it's something really bad. I should give you 1 star but everything else was good for the rest of my family.
A manager (I’m assuming) was yelling at the kitchen employees non stop during our visit, then turns around and puts on her customer service voice to ask how each individual table is doing. I just don’t think this is professional at all, the kitchen area and servicing line are wide open, especially with the way she was talking to them. I truly hope (with the staff shortages) that the kitchen staff and front line workers know just how much people like my husband and I appreciate them. Food was amazing!
My daughter and I had a late lunch 2 weeks ago and food and service was excellent. Restaurant very clean and received our food promptly.Chris was our waiter and he was fantastic. You could not have asked for a better server. Highly recommend this Dennys .
No service didn't get what I asked for would not recommend this dennys to anyone they went down hill
