Ongoing disappointing experiences at the drive thru at this location. Do the owners of this location implement any sort of professional standards in their employees, or do they simply figure, Hey,,it 's Dunkin Donuts....customers will always show up ? When I 'm in the area, I stop here and order at the drive thru. It 's been less frequently lately, and today reminded me why. My order and the interaction with the female order taken always seems to go something like this; Employee: Welcome to Dunkin Donuts, can I take your order? Me: Hi, yes may I have a (whatever the style) sandwich? Employee: Anything else? Me: Yes, a medium regular. Employee: Anything else? Me: Um, yes, a medium hot black coffee with one Splenda. Employee: Anything else? Me: sigh, yes, and do you still have any chocolate chip muffins? Employee: Drive up. I don 't expect regional management to improve the piss poor attitude of their employees. I know they won 't and the employees at this location (for years) just have zero enthusiasm towards their customers who by the way, spend money at this location, making it possible for the employees to get weekly paycheck. Anything Else? Nope, never again.

Terrible experience with counter service. Extremely slow, 20 minutes to get a breakfast service. The manager Crystal was unconcerned. The counter staff, I counted seven staff members, were all moving around like chickens were exchanging unlit cigarettes as they served customers from the drive thru window. This is one of the most poorly managed DD location I have ever visited !!! Corporate DD needs to fix !!
