The food was served promptly and was delicious. I found her Caesar salad to be quite interesting. I dined with a group of seven, and our meals arrived at just the right time. The restaurant was clean, and the staff quickly cleaned the tables as soon as guests left. The bathrooms were also clean, which is often not the case in many other places. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be returning.

If you're in the mood for pasta and need a convenient option instead of cooking at home, Fazoli's is an excellent choice. Their breadsticks are like heavenly garlic butter, and the desserts are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the spicy baked ziti with sausage!

We had lunch tonight and it was fantastic. The staff who delivered our food were quick, courteous, and friendly. Everything was served hot and tasted delicious. The breadsticks were, as always, amazing. It was a wonderful experience—thank you for a great lunch!

It is what it advertises, an almost food-American Italian experience. I love Fazolis, but don't expect authentic Italian dishes. There are more spaghetti and lasagna and fatuccine. But it's all very good, so try it!

Food was excellent. Had the Pamesan Encrusted Shrimp Bake, breadsticks and water. The food was actually delicious. My only issue was that the place looks like it needs a serious cleaning. Some of that is caused by sloppy customers.
