Contribuisci feedbackWhen I asked to pay for my Candy here with cash, the girl behind the counter let out this loud, exasperated sigh, rolled her eyes, and grabbed the key for the cash drawer. The customer service at this locate left a bad taste, I will not be back.
I am brand new to Ohio and last week, I got to go inside my first Mally’s. I kept hearing absolutely wonderful things about how good the chocolate is and that I had to get my hands on them. My boyfriend took me so that I could have the Mally’s experience and possibly buy some chocolate. The split second we walk inside, the older lady (maybe manager) was on a personal call talking to someone about dinner plans, weather, and whatever else. The other younger girls were just standing behind the counter gossiping and didn’t even acknowledge us walking inside. Even my boyfriend said out loud, “This is your first time here isn’t it?!” We know they heard us, but still, the only word one of them said to us was “hello” and not one word about the chocolate or anything. Meanwhile, the older lady was still chatting away to someone over the phone just laughing and things. I’m a person who is all about customer service and this by far was not customer service. What I experienced was a lack of that and a big lack of professionalism. I hope someone there will read this and use this review as a learning opportunity for their team.
The chocolate really is not great...at least not special. Taste like walmart baking aisle chocolate. They have some fun candies boxes, but pretty expensive. We bought a few different things that were on a table marked 50% off, but were not given the discount. Don't want to awkwardly ask about the discount on each item, so took the loss, and won't go back.
Malley's one of the things I miss so, so much since retiring to Michigan. We stop at the Avon location to stock up a 4 hour round trip.Oh, and I made the mistake of letting my husband have one of my precious Bordeaux. What a mistake!!
Always delicious! This close to Easter they still had white chocolate bunnies. You saved me Malleys. Thank you!
