O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Avon

I went to my 17 last week. Birthday and waiting staff was so sweet! They took care of my family and I, wished me a happy birthday, and even I had a free piece of cake! And their roles are DELICIOUS! Definitely worth a din.

Lunch today 26. July 2022 at the Avon Indiana site. Service was great. We sat fast, ordered fast, nice clean restaurant.... 3 of us had salads. All 3 were made with wild, brown, old, almost rotten salad. Will never go back. Huge disappointment.

The first time in a long time for lunch. Bacon cheddar Burger was delicious and the O?Club. Service was friendly and at the point. Food came fast and hot.

Service terrible. The waitress threw practically things on the table when she ordered from We all soup and salad. Probably potato soup. Without potatoes. Was more like very salty cheese sauce. None of us ate it. But was still accused. It wasn't even so busy. I guess I can see why

Everytime I come, I get the best service. The wait can be kind of long but please have patience with them because you can tell they're doing the best with the amount of employees they have. The management always seems to be helping as well. Fresh rolls everytime and refills before our drinks are even done. Never a complaint about the food, and if I don't like it, it's not because of how it's prepared. We've had a server with rose tattoos twice and she is super nice and friendly!!!
