Orchid Room - Avon

Both the Orchid Room and the indoor and outdoor gardens, as well as the restrooms, are fully accessible for wheelchair users. The Orchid Room also has a kitchen area for preparing and reheating food for larger gatherings. A nice bonus is that if you reserve the Orchid Room, the typical $2 fee per person to access the indoor gardens is waived for your guests, which is a thoughtful touch. For wheelchair accessibility, there are smooth pathways leading to both the indoor and outdoor gardens with no stairs. The Orchid Room, gift shop, and restrooms all have flat flooring and accessible restroom stalls, making it very convenient for wheelchair users!

We had a lovely room that created a great atmosphere for our memorial service. While the staff were a bit curt with the children, it was a wonderful experience overall!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our small wedding here. The photos taken in the garden and conservatory turned out beautiful!

We had our wedding reception in the Orchid Room. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our guests really enjoyed exploring the nature preserve, and we got a lot of compliments regarding how beautiful the venue was. Loved the conservatory. Echo the parrot was amazing. As we where leaving the area we told Echo goodbye and he repeated back to us goodbye echo . Awsome
