The Avondale Pub

We stopped in for Taco Tuesday at the Avondale Pub. The Tacos were good the beer was cold and the people were really nice! We enjoyed watching reruns of Chips on the TV behind the bar and trading useless trivia with our fellow patrons. It is a great local pub!

We ordered the burger special today 9/12, the fire roasted jalapeño burger topped with cheddar, fresh fire roasted jalapeños, Cajun honey mustard, lettuce tomato served with fries for $10.95 and even after the 20 minute ride home it was excellent. Burger cooked perfectly to our order, great roll, really good fries! They'll definitely see us again, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good burger !

If you like basic food, like burgers that come with free potato chips with a paid upgrade to french fries, tiny salads, and fried fish that's of average quality then you'll like it here. Not too many specialty options. Good service from staff but I personally would return.
