Our service was consistently outstanding. The house salad was fantastic, with a wonderful variety of ingredients. The tiramisu was the best I've ever tasted. However, this restaurant loses a star due to the lasagna, which was likely one of the worst I’ve ever had.

We frequently dine at this restaurant since it's conveniently located near our home. We really enjoy the atmosphere, and the food is quite good. I give it a 5-star rating, but I've noticed some inconsistency in attention to detail and occasionally a shortage of staff at the bar (a typical post-COVID issue). However, Eloise is exceptional, so we usually plan our visits during her working hours to ensure we receive great service.

We visited on New Year's Eve and had a wonderful experience. While the young man at the reception wasn't the most welcoming, our waitress and the ladies behind the bar were fantastic. We ordered a shrimp cocktail, which was a bit disappointing, but the bread and olive oil served with it were phenomenal. For our main courses, I had the filet medallions with lobster risotto, and my wife had the chicken Marsala—both were excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly, though the risotto was a bit over-seasoned. The roasted tomatoes added a nice touch, providing a burst of acidity that complemented the dish well. I highly recommend the Woodford Old Fashioned; it was expertly made! We will definitely return.

I was looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary and found out, Charbonos and we have a reservation as it was a Friday night and this place was full. There are many parking spaces in front of the restaurant. The place is quite large and has many seating inside. Once you enter the restaurant, there is a waiting area on the right side of the reception and some seats on the left side. There are tables and booths to choose, and we have a stand in my opinion the cabins are little cramped, so if the next time I will choose the table to Sir and also preferably choose the seats in the back of the restaurant as where we sat, there is an open work area for the staff, but in my opinion, this is an eye soar for me personally, it should be covered in any way, since there is the general premium. Now we come to service and food, which was excellent, our server was very friendly and the cook made an amazing job and the food was amazing. We ordered chicken velvet soup to begin with and burrata for appetizers, they also serve the fresh bread, one of the best bread I had in a while. In the main course we ordered Steak Frites and Rigatoni, which was cooked with perfection and a must try when you visit this place. And finally for dessert we ordered chocolate brownie, which was a perfect way to finish the night. I loved the place and definitely recommend.

Very delicious food! I opened up to some new things here and wasn't disappointed! It's a pretty penny, but in my opinion it's very much worth it! It's hard to get a 5 star out of me, but I think Charbonos is deserving every time I go. The service has been great, on top of the food!
