We’ve always had good experiences here but today we placed an online order and my husband went to go pick it up and he was told they never received the order. I sent him screenshots of the order confirmation and that I had been charged and they still refused to make the food. He ended up reordering the food and I don’t know if he ended up getting a refund. He said the employee he talked to was rude and we can’t understand why they couldn’t make the order even though we had proof it was placed.
