Cold Stone Creamery - Avondale

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The wait time was enormous, and there was only one person serving customers. They did not have the flavors I asked for, and they were out of cones and bowls. It is disappointing to see that Cold Stone has not maintained its previous quality. It used to be the best ice cream ever, but now it is the worst I have ever experienced.

Ordered on Doordash at 10:20 (they stop taking orders at 10:40). They confirmed the order, waited 20 minutes and then cancelled the order for being closed.If you’re too lazy to do your job, at least have some decency and don’t confirm an order that you don’t plan to make!

We would have given 5 stars just for the girl behind the counter! She was working her tail off. But her management let her down. No help, out of whipped cream (really, your an ice scream shop Cc machine down. No help on a Friday holiday weekend, she deserves a raise! She made our orders with extra

So rude. I just showed up at 9:15 pm. Their hours say open til 11. This guy behind the counter told me online orders only. So I pulled out my iPhone and began to start an online order. Then he said “oh I’ll help you but the best I’ll do is a small”. Like. Wow I’m inconveniencing you by coming into your business with my money.This really upset me. Sad. It was the young man behind the counter Saturday 12/4/2021. You guys really need to help him understand customer service.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The location is not worth the 15-minute drive as they were out of many essential items such as bowls, blueberries, vanilla ice cream, graham cracker crust, and their debit card machine was not working. José, the manager, is doing a poor job of overseeing this establishment. I called on Monday morning and based on the reviews, I am not the only one experiencing these issues.
