Jimmy John's - Avondale

I don't know what's going on at this location but arrived around noon today to find out the store was closed. UPS driver said they have been closed for about a week now. Reviews don't look good so I'll just avoid this location.

Look at the reviews... They don't lie. The vast majority of the small amounts of positive reviews are from like a decade ago, anything current is one or two stars. Not great quality, crappy customer service.

Everytime I order from here for lunch it has the most ridiculous wait time. Always minimum an hour. And I am located less than 2 miles from the store. Today I tried ordering after 40 minutes I received a phone call saying it was still going to be an hour and 25 plus minutes before my order would arrive. No thanks.. I give up with this location.

Every time I order for delivery it has taken over a hour to be delivered. Today was no exception ordered received 1157 a.m. it is now 121 p.m. still have yet got my food. Always the same excuse they're short-handed. Delivery guy's busy.

Not great but better than some. Not a fan of bread subs but that just me. Quality is good service fairly quick .
