Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Avondale

Part of my order was missing about asked about(macaroni salad) she said I didn’t order it which she clearly didn’t put my order in…whatever no big deal, but then she told me I would have to go back in line the long line stead of ringing it up right then and there and telling me to go back in line when they messed up and this is the second time they left out an order and telling me I can reorder but had to go back in line and always seems to be the girls working behind the counter with attitude. Won’t be going back to this location as the people suck with a death stair monotone look. ?

This has got to be the worst place to order food in person! Never get my order right and then the attitude they have when you ask them to correct it is unprecedented! Charged me for white meat then seemed irritated I asked them to switch it! Brought a dark breast then told me I can just put teriyaki on it. I told them again what I wanted! They chopped up the chicken with no sauce and I assume they wanted me to add it myself. Not what I paid for or asked for!!

Casual slightly tired decor. Our food was good but not exceptional. Fish was fairly bland and greasy. Chicken thighs were yummy. Hawaiian slaw was best part. Veggies consisted of mostly cabbage and a few pieces of broccoli.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile from Justin. His happy attitude really made our day. Thanks Justin.

The food was good but it needs help when it comes to cleaning someone spilled their drink and all that was done was a wet floor sign got put out
