Pizza Patron - Avondale

Great price but the pizzas aren't as good as they used to be. They stopped cutting the pizzas in their original way and cut them like everywhere else and I'm not sure why but since then, they haven't been the same. New management maybe. Still a decent pizza for the price. They usually have some ready to go but they get busy so expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your pie. Staffs pretty nice and the inside looks clean.

This is my most visited and used Pizza Patron location, over the years I've seen how the changes of the pizza place have taken place. It's one of my favorite pizzas and they usually have the best deals for pizza! Although this particular location is smaller than some others they always get the job done and the deliveries get made on time!

So tonight I order 2 pizzas at 7pm and 1 was completely wrong only topping out of the 4 was in it, then called at 7:45pm and was told by Gabin any order after 8 could not be fulfilled since they ran out of dough ??????????? when they close at 9pm. So I payed for a pizza that I didn't wanted nor ordered and I couldn't eat because of certain toppings. What kind of business is this?!?!

They left me on hold and now I've tried calling back it's just busy... They hung up on me and now just a busy signal on phone, I never had a problem with this pizza ???? patron.....

In the beginning of the month I came here to order the Jefe special. When getting the order it all seemed to be correct. guess on the one hand I should've checked if it was indeed correct. I got home and realized it was chicken Alfredo pizzas Now coming home and giving that to teenagers you can only imagine. No one wanted to eat that. I called and I spoke to Dylan which said he was so sorry and honestly had great customer service. Due to the fact that I don't live close he said I would be refunded. I called two days later and spoke to a Douglas I got some attitude and he stated he wouldn't be able to refund me unless I showed up. I work full time and have to deal with my own things I can't just show up whenever they want me to. I hope when I am able to go they'll respect what they said and still refund me. I used to love pizza patron but seeing the reviews I should've known.
