The Halal Guys - Avondale

I was surprised how pleasant it was to eat. it was good and fresh. the atmosphere was pleasant. also not expensive. the service was not the best, but acceptable, that is what the restaurant is a four-star instead of a five-star rating.

So I decided to come here because my job ordered this food, but I don't think it was from these particular halal guys. that was my first time to be here. eating was really good, but I wasn't happy. I saw the hired my order repaired. I have a bed salat, a bed rice, a tee spoon tomato, smh, and a tablespoon of gyro meat and a tablespoon of chicken and two small pieces of pita brot. apparently they have to order twice to make their order look exactly like the picture. I saw another patron coming and ordered twice everything to make his order look like the picture on the menu. I paid $15 for salate and rice. will I not come back or recommend?

The manager is amazing, but the personal consists completely of indecent children. there are 5 ingredients and I have to keep my order retell. I get a combo plate and my wife gets a gyro plate without dead. You always put dead, and I have to ask each time to get them out. very unprofessional. they are not allowed to be paid because they certainly do not care and have 0 passion for serving.

If they expect traditional Mediterranean aromas, this place will definitely be disappointed. it felt more like eating filiberto’s than eating Mediterranean. the food tasted ok, but if they expect to eat Mediterranean and end up with Mexican aromen, it is really disappointing.

I placed a pick up and the meat was old, dry, and hard, couldn’t eat it. I called and was offered more food or a refund. Due to me living far away I just wanted a refund. I had to call back three times because the manager wasn’t there apparently, one week later still no refund. The last time I called the person I spoke with was super rude, all I wanted was my refund. I am not trying to be difficult or disrespectful. I paid for inedible food. I would just avoid this place all together.
