This is some of the best chopped pork I've ever tasted. They offer a vinegar and pepper-based sauce, but honestly, the pork is so flavorful that any sauce is unnecessary and would just mask that delicious pork flavor. It’s a bit off the interstate, but definitely worth the detour! Their beans are also fantastic. We couldn’t resist trying a slice of their pineapple cake, which was amazing!
