Contribuisci feedbackI stopped by this restaurant to grab a quick bite, but left empty-handed. The staff seemed to be preoccupied and despite my attempts to get their attention, I ended up leaving after 5 minutes since they were more focused on chatting than serving customers. I do not plan to return to this place.
While lacking glamour and glitz, those seeking a Subway-like experience wouldn't choose this spot. However, it offers a perfectly enjoyable lunch for a reasonable price. The restaurant has a good selection of salads and fast service.
When I placed my order at the restaurant, one of the girls checked her armpits and then sprayed some deodorant. She then went to her colleague who was serving the food and complained about feeling very cold and sweaty. The colleague told her she was sick. I politely asked for my food to be taken away, but she found it amusing and told another colleague about my request. They had a conversation about me, with one of the girls saying, "Did she really say that to you?" The door to the back office was left open, revealing numerous empty Monster Energy drink cans. The waitress in question appeared disheveled and unclean, so I did not want her serving me. A male colleague then arrived. The headquarters quickly forwarded my complaint to the manager on duty. The manager called me and genuinely apologized, acknowledging that spraying deodorant around eating areas and the behavior of the girls were unacceptable. She admitted that the location's hiring practices may be problematic. I was only intending to give feedback, but the manager sent me a voucher for my next meal at the restaurant. I mentioned that it seemed like there was no manager around when the girls were behaving inappropriately. The manager confirmed that this was a recurring issue, particularly on weekends when the manager is not present. Despite the voucher, I do not think I will be returning to the restaurant.
