I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time because I believed the quality was good. However, the customer service has become terrible. As a good business owner, you should know your peak times and cook accordingly, not expect customers to pay high prices and stand outside in all weather conditions. This management policy seems to prioritize profit over ensuring each fish is fresh. I recently visited and was treated poorly for not wearing a mask due to medical and political reasons. The staff member yelled at me and insisted on taking my order outside, standing in front of me without wearing a mask. This behavior was embarrassing and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this overpriced takeaway.

Totally, ignore the bad review, should follow the guidelines and wear a mask or visor. The best fish and chips dining in or take out. Lovely polite and helpful staff. recommend.

Incredible breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with great quality. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly. There's no better place than this!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with delicious fresh fish and chips served in generous portions. The service was amazing and I enjoyed seeing signed pictures of celebrities who have visited. The restaurant is beautifully designed with a view of passing cars. There is plenty of parking available and the location is convenient.
