Contribuisci feedbackWhile running some errands with my mother we decided to grab a quick bite at Sazon Sabor Latino Restaurant. It's a small shop attached to the side of a gas station with a few tables that is extremely clean. Once we ordered our food it was delivered to our table fast. We ordered 2 pizza empanadas which came out piping hot so be careful when eating these, they were good. Then we ordered a Steak Sandwich/Sandwich de Bistec and split it between the 2 of us. The sandwich was good as well. The best part of this whole meal was the Alcapurrias de Guineo. Usually in other Latin restaurants the alcapurrias are bland and have a rubbery consistency but these were crisp and flavorful. They actually taste exactly how my mom makes them and I will definitely come back for more. Overall the food was good and the cost didn't break the bank.
Authentic flavors with excellent prices super delicious. Have not tried something here I didn't like
(Translated by Google) I discovered this place through a friend... He told me about some delicious empanadillas prepared at the moment, to that we add a coffee made like at home, you eat very well!!! It brings back the memory of when light years ago I used to have breakfast with my parents there in PR... The owners take care of you, God bless those beings who give you the best of them day by day!!(Original)Descubri este lugar por medio de un amigo..Me hablaba de unas ricas empanadillas preparadas al momento,a eso le añadimos un cafecito hecho como en casa,se come bien rico!!! Me trae el recuerdo de cuando hace años luz desayunaba com mis viejos alla en PR..Te atienden los dueños,Dios bendiga a esos seres que te dan lo mejor de ellos dia a dia!!
Such an underrated hidden gem that deserves way more attention! It is truly the definition of a hole in the wall spot- super tiny, a couple tables, right on the side of a gas station. I found it by accident after pulling into the gas station randomly to make a U-turn and I'm so glad I did. The food in the buffet looks homemade and fresh, I haven't tried it yet but I will be back soon. I did try the beef empanadas and oh my goodness. Best empanadas I've ever had. Packed full with deliciously seasoned beef filling and the shell was perfectly crunchy and flaky and not greasy at all. You can just tell how everything is homemade and made with love.
This place is Phenomenal!! Literally amazing and definitely a spot that I recommend to people that come to visit me from out of state. A lot of Spanish restaurants make their food salty but this place makes the food perfectly. Don’t even get me started with the Empanadas! Perfectly made also. Super nice people as well. Also, the Portioning is very Generous especially for how low it’s priced!
