Little Caesars Pizza - Azle

The experience was disappointing and frustrating. The pizza crust was undercooked and the wings were cold and broken. Wings that are damaged and cold are simply unappetizing. The pizza had bubbles and cold peppers, which was hardly enjoyable. Additionally, the young woman at the register was quite rude. I won’t be coming back to this place.

The young girl at the counter was polite. The manager and the staff were attentive and made sure to listen to everyone. I ordered the Detroit deep dish pizza, which was undercooked in the middle. The Crazy Bread was also raw and didn’t look appealing. Overall, the pizza seemed poorly made, as the staff appeared to be distracted and focused on other issues.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I visited twice, and during my first visit, my pizza was overcooked. This time, I ordered through the app, but I wasn't informed about any oven issues until I arrived to pick up my order. Now, I have to wait up to a week to receive a refund. If there were someone competent managing this place, none of these issues should have occurred.

I'm glad I checked out my pizza in my car before I left because literally the pizza and the crazy bread weren't cooked. Honestly, I don't think there are any excuses... how serious, look at it. There is no way that the cheese is cooked on this pizza, let alone any of the vegetables above... the crazy bread does not even need an additional explanation, just evil. I got a refund and went to Pizza Hut, but I just can't believe that they even gave me that if I drove 25 min all the way home lol

Gross, not even cooked box of dough with who knows what thrown on top. They didn?t even appear busy but we waited 45 min and paid $45 for 2 pizzas and a container of wings. We are new to the area and definitely crossing this establishment off our list to visit again.
