Elda's Mexican Kitchen - Aztec

So today, I had one of the best Menudo I've ever had, not to mention it was nice and hot. Just the way I liked it. If you don't call ahead, it will go fast. I also tried a stuffed sopapia it was something new for me. The waitress here was kind and gorgeous, too.?

Love Elda’s! The best option for authentic Mexican food in the area. Filled with local folks and visitors. The chile rellanos are outstanding. Enchiladas are great. Our fave breakfast spot. Always get some rellanos to go for camping meals. Nice folks, too.

A community gem. ALWAYS busy. Excellent food. Out of our way but we make an excuse to drive that far and ALWAYS stop.

Great food and great service! They actually use hot green chile if you ask for it and the red chile is amazingParking: It's a small restaurant so when it's busy parking might be iffy

Breakfast was so good. Coffee is excellent. Probably the best breakfast we have had on our three week cross country trip. If we weren't passing through we would be regulars!
