Chipotle Mexican Grill - Azusa

One taco contained a large clump of fat and no meat. After I removed the fat, I discovered that the taco had nothing left inside.

The host, Anthony, was unkind and charged us more than expected. The food was nothing special, at best. I suggest saving your money.

I live close to this Chipotle, but I've been disappointed several times. Last night, the rice was too tangy, and my daughter and I ended up having to throw our food away again. This has happened before—over a month ago, we had to do the same, primarily because of the rice. The last time, the rice had no flavor at all. From the moment I saw it, it looked overly white and bland, as if it lacked any cilantro. Sure enough, when we got home, it had no taste. On top of that, they were out of the meat I really wanted and also ran out of cheese—even though it wasn't closing time! I reached out to someone through the app, but it was unhelpful. They told me to email a copy of my receipt, but I never received a response.

I like chipotle. I get the 2 tacos and it's perfect for me and tasty. I like the barbacoa beef. It is a little on the salty side but has good flavor. Price is reasonable.

Had a homeless person pull a knife on me at this location while eating dinner with my family. I was inside the store when it happened. Workers got upset at me when I told them what happened. They gave me a mean look and blew me off like I was botheringthem. Nothing but a laundry list of terrible experiences at this location for the past 4 years.
