Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Azusa

Food was really good, I loved everything about it. The customer service was amazing I loved the air in the restaurant and the vibe. The bathrooms were lovely and so clean like the restaurant. Definitely recommend, be sure to visit canes if you are in the area.

August 15, 2023 Not the best customer service here Not the first time either. I can't remember what happened the first time but a girl was rude too. An issue so small, that could have been resolved on 30 seconds without arguing back with my grandson and telling him he had eaten the food after he found a hair in his food. He was supposed to be eating. First of all, he hadn't finished it, the chicken was cut into smaller pieces by me, so it could get cold faster, as it was steaming hot. So to reiterate, he had not eaten the chicken. It's always the females too. Are they losing money for replacing food with a hair in it ???? Highly doubtful. The men have much better customer service skills here. I wonder what corporate would say. I have worked in fast food, and this is not how you treat customers. You don't talk back especially not to kids and you don't say no I can't give it to you cuz you ate most of it. How about we call better business bureau and tell them there was hair in our food ? Yes I'm upset. This was ridiculous ! I didn't get the girl's name. Martin on the other hand is great with customers and even apologized to my grandson. That is a man raised with good manners and knows how to treat children customers. He deserves a raise.

When they started, they definitely added enough sauce. Lately their sandwiches have been a bit dry. They get a lot of customers, so I can understand why they have to ration the sauce.

First time ever trying Canes, on 7/29. Was not impressed with the customer service. Wait was very short. Drive thru attendant was rude and stand-offish. Looked very confused when I asked where my straws in the bag. Food quality was good. Not very impressed with the food selections. I'm not sure if I would go here

Food- Is good, fresh tenders not dry and the sauce is great with them. Service- Andrew was very helpful and attentive.Ambiance- Cool inside, clean and relaxing.
