Starbucks - Azusa

Saturday the 12-9 was a Zoo truly , I am not sure if they were under staffed? Or maybe the manager should take a lesson on peak times and schedule accordingly. What a mess.

No acknowledgment, wait about 5min until someone came to take my order, worst girl was very rude in taking my order like if I was wasting her time so

My grandson wanted breakfast from Starbucks as he had a gift card. We both had a sausage and bacon breakfast wrap. He also had a strawberry lemonade. The food was tasty and my grandson loved the experience. He now loves Starbucks.

I was in the area doing some shopping and no one else would let me use the bathroom even though I spent a decent amount of money. The Starbucks workers treated me like a human being and let me use the bathroom. Thank you!

I always do mobile orders I plan accordingly Even if the time states 6-9 min I always give the staff more time I walked into the store, looked on the side waited to see if my drink was ready. It wasn't so I sat down and I waited approximately five minutes and I started noticing people are coming up with mobile orders asking for their orders so I went up there and I said hi I'm just wondering if my order is ready this girl in the picture had the most rudest Pretentious attitude with me. I told her that I had waited the time estimated on the app, she then said well I'm very very behind so you're gonna have to wait she's like I'm on orders that were placed at 2:40 and I said OK. My order was placed at 2:30It is now 248. She then had an attitude gave me definitely a water down drink just to despise me.
