Starbucks - Azusa

Staff, super nice. Charging for SOY milk is ridiculous. So sorry that my body cannot handle milk. It does not mean you need to charge me for something my BODY CANNOT control. Won't be back, don't need your drink that bad.

Just got my order in drive thru, we rushed when I didn’t even see cars ahead of me. Just to get an order that was all wrong and burnt breakfast. I ordered a venti but got a tall. Never had this experience at Starbucks. When handed my food his arm was just hanging out the wonder, no smile no eye to eye contact. That was not a good experience

Drive-thru has the longest wait time I've ever been through. They neglect the drive-thru and get walk-ins out the door quicker. Drive-thru staff can be abrasive during peak hours.

Was not impressed with this visit to this Starbucks. Drinks were less then par and they claim to have no straws for my drinks.

Enjoy one's normal day, it could turn less than normal unexpectedly. I dropped by this joint from time to time. It's located at an intersection and in a sprawling shopping center. All walks of life would be passing through the door. One evening, weeks ago, I dropped by as usual. A staff member approached me and some other patrons, wanting to close early. The reason was, she uttered, while trying to be calm, they had just been robbed. Wow, I am so glad we came at the perfect timing, even being kicked out, and had missed the episode. I'd like to give a shout-out to the crew who still come to work every day, and even keep the restroom door unlocked – truly exemplary of everyday unsung heroes!
