Yasai - Bacalar

Delicious! It’s amazing that you can now have yummy vegan Mexican food in Bacalar! I especially enjoyed the choripan sandwich! The service was welcoming and friendly. Being near the lagoon and listening to the live music really added to the ambiance and great experience. (Entrance is through Nao restaurant and down to the waterfront.

Nice place to have lunch or dinner next to the lake in a wonderful atmosphere. Tasty food and good prices. Ask for coco, she will recommend you the best dishes of the day

We were so excited to get a place at a table with a view of the lagune! after 3 weeks of eating amazing vegan tacos in mexiko these tacos were so lame. they were tiny, the taco itself was dry, the fillings were boring. look at my other reviews to see how good vegan tacos look. also these were definitiw more expensive! great location and beautiful staff, but eating was not worth it.

Food, location, service! It was all great. Veggie veggie is tucked away down the stairs from Nāo. We accidentally missed it the first time, but I’m so glad we found it!! Fully vegan menu, but my main dish was so filling I didn’t have room for dessert…and very much regret it.
