Unfortunately no entry for children under 3 years. Sauna area even from 16 years. Not suitable for families. Kassen area looked clean and friendly staff. Motorhome parking uncomplicated, with 20€ but rather expensive for one night only with electricity. Shower and toilet can be used in the spa during the opening hours (9-18 hours).

In my eyes, the spa resembles a middle disaster. At all points of the thermal spa, you can see that the complex has come into the years. The pelvis are in many places. Although the sauna landscape has undergone some innovations, it smells penetrant to Urin. If it does not smell like urine somewhere in the plant, it usually smells like chlorine. Gastronomy, however, is by far the worst in the complex. Not only does the staff overwhelm and work with a certain indifference (others would call it rude), in particular the foods must be referred to as “junk food” without exaggeration. Minor TK-goods (Burger and Schnitzel), false price awards (Tiramisu for almost twice the excellent Torten Prize) and 3rd beverage prizes (1.5lt discounter water from the plastic bottle for usual gastrotours) characterize the gastronomy. Even the price-coated butter pulp is only a rock-hard baking pulp to which a piece of butter is served.

This thermal bath is amazing! I had the pleasure to visit it and was absolutely enthusiastic about the experience. The facility is well maintained, clean and the facilities are modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and ensures that guests feel comfortable. The thermal pools are truly unique and offer an unforgettable relaxation. I can recommend this thermal bath to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing time. 5 stars

Quiet place to relax. Many young people. In massages you always get there. We were both in the spa and in the sauna and have eaten delicious.

Were here for the first time, have visited the sauna area and it was really nice. Thank God, not much was going on because the weather wasn't so great, unfortunately, it wasn't that good on that day. Nice reception area, nice staff price-performance super. Would you like to come back for just a few hours to let the soul dangle and forget the stressful working day.
