Sonnengut - Bad Birnbach

Here svenja 2008 has recovered from stress for a week. on recommendation from friends I sat in the train at the beginning of 2008 and a small world trip started badly birnbach. this is still in bayern, but directly at the border to Austria. the long journey has rewarded, however, because at the moment when they enter the hotel, the relaxation begins. or even earlier, because they drive through a beautiful hilly landscape, the so-called Lower Bavarian toskana. the hotel is located just a few minutes from the center of the city, on a sunhang, very quiet, but they can go to the center daily to walk to foot if they want, or visit the Rottal-Therme, which was not necessary in the large offer in the hotel. the reception friendly, family, with a glass champagne in bright cozy rooms. my room with 30 square meters, nicely furnished with bright wood furniture and of course the 4 stars standard adequately equipped with everything, such as safe, minibar, radio, television, hair dryer, telephone. although here, for example, a television is really unnecessary. I have booked half board and an agreement with many applications. So I am busy all day, not thinking at all, and unfortunately hardly have time to use the great offers that there are every day, whether Nordic walks, whether early gymnastics in the pool, there are something to be offered at any time, just great. massages, cosmetic treatments, here they feel good in the hands of professional women. there is a large thermal pool, a sweet water pool, whose glass roof can be opened, a Turkish hamam, a large sauna tract with a many number of offered, natural stone rest benches, an outdoor sauna, a gym, a practice for physiotherapy and in the evening a fantastic, varied kitchen. all fresh, creative menus, all tastefully excellent, many local products are used, the service perfectly trained, friendly, inexpressible attention, all very clean. I have a nice table and even after 2 days, the many couples don't feel so annoying anymore. I'm totally relaxed. the old structure is clearly above mine. but it doesn't play a role, I want to find here and I can know many nice people in the sauna and also in the restaurant. ah yes and still a small thing I liked very well, I remember. everywhere in the house, whether in the room or in the restaurant or at the reception, there are fresh flowers, very pleasant. it will be time to spend a week there and maybe I will take another and try to go back to golf because I noticed that some golfers also used the hotel.

I have been very enthusiastic for year 2000 and was long loyal. the people so helpful, beautiful, excellent kitchen, good view of the hill, rest, partly super balcony with view of the church and mill. I loved the spicy with flower patterns. it was like going in the flower meadow. At first it was just the adult, not children. Finally, this is not an average all-inclusive shop as in the tourist fortifications. Unfortunately, there was the change to optimize the profit with orientation to all customer groups, also families with child care. the publikum was very mixed, partly not suitable there. I felt the more and more loud nights. in summer warm it sounds in the hof when diligently drunk and celebrated. the gallery rooms with windows to the courtyard then come into the doubtful pleasure of this noise. it was not taken care of either. the renovations, the renovation with furniture and the accompanying sterile effect similar to many other hotels were no improvement. the rural and individual flair is lost. the pool and the sole bathroom had wonderful paintings and an effect. also this is standardised, modern and interchangeable. so I was looking for the next better hotel with a bathing walk to the original conceptualized as a natural recreational seeker and I am happier there. I mourn the good old times.

Once again we had a wonderful time in the sunroom and were pampered around. it was always the feeling that everyone tried to find our best. of gastfreundschaft is not spoken here, here it is lived! meanwhile our time in the hotel is almost as close to coming home and yet it is not boring because there are also new discoveries. above all the offers in and out of the medical wellness center always invite you to try new ones. this has made fun and also attracts infamous leser shadows, as we regularly lie of the lying in aqua company or to muscle relaxation. of course, this pampering program has its price. but even if some medical-Wellnes applications have reached a painful limit for us, the hotel is worth the money.
