Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant has been there for 40 years, and although I come from the area, I was there for the first time today. There were two vegan Dim Sum options and five vegan dishes (two of them in the lunch table). I had the fast food of Buddhist monks vegetables with Lam Yue sauce from the cast iron pan. I liked it very well, and I would order the court again. Operation and ambience also fit. A little more choice would be great. However, I can imagine that other dishes can be veganized on request.
Good Chinese food with vegan items listed on the menu. I had the Gemüse Chop- Suey and the Wor Tiep. Both were delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures.
On the way back from Hamburger Speck Belt I went to Bad Bramstedt Train Station at noon. The “Ho” is an old China restaurant that I had not visited yet. A parking space only with parking was found in the adjacent street, and after some steps I reached the restaurant. Operation When I entered, I was kindly greeted and asked by a younger waiter close to the vault: “A person?” When I hunted, he gave me a table at the window in the guest room right from the entrance. I barely took a seat when he gave me the menu. Short time later he came back to the table, accepted the order, thanked and disappeared. This waiter, from the phenotype clear Asian origin, spoke German without accents and had also enjoyed a gastronomic education. Unlike most restaurants operated with amateurs in the service of foreigners, its appearance was very good in gastronomic habits. So, shortly after the service of the main court, was asked if everything was fine, and also later, when it was clear whether everything had been to my satisfaction. Food The food offer does not entirely meet the usual standard of a German China restaurant with endless repetitions of the same dishes in principle, only with other meats. In this house there are thematic priorities, such as a good selection of dim-sum, various dishes served on the hot cast iron plate, or Asian omelets. The menu including the table top is stored on the restaurant's homepage and can be downloaded online as a Pdf file: [here link] The lunch table offers 18 dishes, with a vegetable soup or a spring roll. Prices range from 7.00 to 9.00 €. I ordered from the lunch offer of the E 7 “beef with china cabbage, champignons, bamboo, carrots and onions “Szechuan Art” sharp “ with a spring roller as an appetizer 7,50 € with a Cola light 0.2l for 2,20 €. After a few moments he came back to serve the drink. After a short waiting time, he then brought the plate with the spring roll, which was completely fresh and correspondingly hot. The somewhat irregular shape allows to close its own production. The dough was very crispy and sprinkled during cutting, the filling was quite delicious, but was probably just made of cabbage and sprouts. Even before I had eaten the spring roll, the waiter brought the main dish, the small plate with the meat skin mixture on a rechaud and the plate and the rice dish next to it. When I put the starter plate on the side and filled the rice on the plate, it proved to be not sticky as usual, but quite loose. The meat was tender and of good quality, the vegetables were fresh and had bites. The taste was dominated by the dark sauce glutamate? , she was even a little sharp, which I rarely found despite corresponding explanation. At the establishment of the restaurant, the usual Asian-Kitsch was largely met. Only in the windows are Chinese lanterns hanging, but they act mainly outwards and are shielded inward by opaque glass panes. Decoration and decoration is durable and stylish. In both guest rooms there is a set of honey-coloured wood, the chairs have black seat and back cushions. The tables with plastic-coated panels in dark wood look had no tablecloths, the seats were covered with forks, spoons and pink napkins. On each table there was a memento with salt and pepper shakers, soy sauce and Sambal Oelek as well as a small floral cut. Cleanliness The guest rooms worked very clean and well maintained, there was also no reason to criticize dishes, glasses and cutlery. The toilets accessible by the other guest room were also clean. The installations there honor the seventies: All sanitary objects radiated green in Moos before delicate yellow tiles....
