Price increase by 1€ absolutely in order, as always 3h booked for 2 persons 38€ paid. but it is a groundless cheekiness to turn the water temperatures down. I went full of anticipation to the outside area to stop in hot water at cold weather. we have frozen in cold water! the licking in and the whirlpool were just as lukewarm! the 70% load on this evening stopped solely in the small “hot” licking, which has already experienced warmer days! I guess there were more visitors like that. the cold was also far from ice cold. are your thermostats defective or what's going on? felt everything was the same lukewarm... we were very disappointed after a short time again although we paid a lot of money for a relaxing evening. thanks for nothing.

The last years have always been very satisfied.I find it a cheerfulness that increases prices and turns the water temperatures down. the water in the outside was maximum lukewarm. what you hoped for: ice-cold air in the evening and in hot water and enjoy the whirlpool, as it was all the years it seems no longer to be. we had to go back in after 2 minutes because we frozen. also the large whirlpool in the interior was far away from pleasant. only the Heiss basin was untenable. this was, of course, completely overcrowded because it was obviously the case for several visitors. at the end we went out after 1.5 hours, although we had paid 3 hours. if you have to save by the energy crisis simply raise the price to 25 euro but bring to the gods will again decent temperatures. for us 4, that was the last visit. very bad
