Hotel - Restaurant Adria Kroatien

My Cevapcici The tour is not over yet. Unfortunately, I do not always manage to write new reviews regularly. Some have been on the way lately, but I praised improvement. Yesterday I get an important business appointment for 18:30. After Bad Ems and my mood I became better again, as I thought of the restaurant Adria. Women have been having fun in the Christmas market of our hometown for dark, or they can taste the mulled wine (as I have seen from mobile phones in the meantime). A helmet that thinks of something bad. At 19:00 I was already on my business appointment and headed the Hotel Restaurant Adria Croatia, which has been run by the Bandur family for over 45 years. This restaurant was about 2x a year when it results locally. In summer you can also sit and dine in the historic pavilion (also visible on the HP) next to the restaurant. The restaurant is located in a one-way street, where only 4 parking spaces are located in the restaurant area. However, if you drive towards Lahn at the intersection, there are enough parking on the right side opposite the Rewe market only 1 to 2 minutes walk. The place is with the typical round arches, but through the pictures on the walls and through the other accessories, you feel there. The tables are each served with two fabric tablecloths, a candle, salt pepper shaker and white paper. The place was always perfectly maintained (even yesterday) and also the men's toilets were picobello clean (no worry, the ladies' toilet I don't visit). I was welcomed again very kindly and was allowed to choose a free table. I quickly got a menu in leather sheathing where the typical Croatian classics and various fish, steak and international dishes are listed. My last choice consisted of a Coca Cola 0.4l for 3. € and once the Croatian classic Cevapcici with a slightly modified salad for 10.90€. The Coca Cola was served me well tempered in Windeseile including the cutlery. The cutlery is always covered with the first beverage round for the suitable number of persons. After a short waiting period, my modified salad was served to my satisfaction. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, on herbal salad I missed some of the pep. In my opinion, this not too generous yogurt dressing was not itself made. After a pleasant waiting period my Cevapcici plate Cevapcici plate was served. On the plate were 7 Cevapcici, Pommes Frites and a sufficient amount of Djuwetsch rice. In addition, on an additional dish you get two bowls with 1x Ajvar (only sweet unfortunately not sharp) and 1x served with some sweetish onions. Actually, a great thing, especially as some guests don't like onions or Ajvar, so they can add these two ingredients on the plate themselves if desired (with me both were naturally empty). The Cevapcici were very tasty and also had a nice little bite. The pommes were also not to criticize, and the Djuwetsch rice was not cooked and also very well tasted, but this should have been a bit hotter. Smile at a high level. So for food there are only 4 stars today. The staff constantly strives for the well-being of the guests, also very well advised on wine questions (when they come back to the table yesterday), is very friendly, not so intrusive and always has an eye on the guests. It is sometimes questioned whether everything would be too satisfied. After dinner I asked about the bill. I was asked nicely if it could be a cold Sliwowitz or Julischka from the house. Because of the longer journey home, I decided for a Julischka. This was then quickly served with a reasonable cash payment. After payment I was handed over nicely and it went well saturated on the approx. 200km long trip home. Conclusion: I have never been disappointed here, and I always want to return here. Friends of Croatian cuisine can dinate deliciously.

Beautiful meal, great choice and really good price-performance ratio .... enjoyed it ... kids menu exceptional omelette recommended by my 8 year old!

It is a cheap Croatian restaurant. standard menu, čevapčiči, razniči, schnitzel, pommes and the like. some of the meat was a bit hard and boiled over.

Good eating a lot of choice from local Bavarian croatian dishes . friendly staff who had good English vocabulary.

There is a wide range of traditional German and Croatian and other balkan food at a reasonable price. cooking is very good, even if not very good. beautiful selection of cheap weeping through the glass (German, balkan.) sitting in the free under deck...was beautiful on an otherwise hot summer day. the service is personal and friendly.
