I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner with creative recipes like raw “frikandellen”. make sure that the breakfast is not 100% raw, but still has many delicious raw puddings, cracker, spreads, smoothies and naturally fresh fruit and vegetables. the lunch package was easier, it contained whole fruits, sweet and nuts. but also braided crackers and dried fruits. it was more than enough and made us feel fully satisfied and energetic! we will definitely return.
What a unique situation! I loved my stay here. while in the middle of the beautiful natural area of the resin it is quite easy to reach with public transportation with a bus at the end of the road. they only pay attention on Sundays, because then buses are very limited. they offer a service to pick up and drop off which I kindly used with other guests. as I climbed up the hill, a warm welcome awaited and a refreshing dive in the indoor pool awaited me. Other wellness options vary from massages, to the bubble bath and (infrared sauna. often there are also exercises, which like fasting sessions or yoga weekends, which I had the happy opportunity to join for a class. the location is ideal for hiking and running, as the Forrest trail begins with several hikes directly at the end of the road. the food was wonderful and freshly prepared. eat mainly raw vegan, it needed a small adjustment, as in the rule I eat a great fruit meal in the morning (compared to the size of the fruit plate offered for the whole buffet; and would make other food combinations. but overall it is a great tasty bite to have a note: that the breakfast is not all raw, but with many options for raw vegan (including raw bread, spreads and porridge).
Wow, who would have thought how many delicious recipes can be made raw: great experience for any vegan who wants to try something else
Here is raw food and vegan program, consistent and uncompromising. everything is prepared by hand, fresh and loving. I came to the vegan mett, very tasty. even the cook walks his ideas for the 3 Go menu in the evening. as good as it tastes and how healthy it is, in the evening it was too much of good. my tip, as we do the next time: good and full breakfast and take it a lunchbox for the day. is perfect because instead of milk products fermented nuts is used and that makes enough. the hotel is already a bit older, but it is for me the lighthouse for the health if they want and allow it for themselves. there are 4 saunas and swimming pool. the whirlpool costs extra. everything in all: for which the sustainable, healthy holiday is looking for, here is gold. we are coming back!
We spent one week in this little hotel and had a wonderful time. We came to take a little break from civilisation and to spend lots of time in nature hiking. And it was great. The room and decor is slightly outdated but everything is very clean and functioning. Also there is a great swimming pool and sauna area in the basement and during the whole week we had it to ourselves in the morning. What's more important the vegan breakfast was excellent, with smoothies, homemade dips, fresh veggies and fruits, raw bread ! , granolas, and more! We also tried the raw vegan dinner twice and it was amazing. Everything home made and fresh. Last but not least, the staff is incredibly nice. We loved how small it is, the staff is like a small family, all locally employed people, happy to chat and eager to give some tips what to visit in the area. There was a misunderstanding and when we arrived we found out that there was no breakfast during the week because there was a fasting group. But the owner immediately confirmed that he will find a way and he and his team made an incredible little vegan breakfast menu only for us every morning. Don't miss out chatting with the owner about the food and recipes. He's happy to share his knowledge and you can get some wonderful tips. We all speak German so I can't say much how it would be for English speakers in general, but there was already one lovely lady working there who is originally from Australia. There is not much to explore in the town, so come for nature, not for sightseeing :
