We had a girl wellness weekend with them and would like to give them a detailed feedback: our highlight with them was the evening meal it was Mega-Fein and is only recommended. it was a cozy atmosphere and the services were super friendly and attentive. when we live close, we often come by. in the next door you can make the evening beautiful sound really great. here is a tip: the dinner was from 18:00 o'clock 20:00 o'clock and the courses were served in succession. it would be more relaxed if you could get more time between the walks. on request in the last floor we could make a break, but normally they are asked for each floor so that we at least know. we found the aroma oil massage that we had booked very well. the masseurin also asked us specifically for complaining and was then discussed individually. we were able to turn off very well. because the short holiday was also associated with a birthday of us, we were very happy about a small birthday greeting standing in front of the door on Sunday morning. Unfortunately we have complained a few: unfortunately the sauna area had not felt at all. the living room with the lying was quite cool and it was unfortunately no sauna really hot except the welding room. the sauna towel was unfortunately not a sauna towel. it was too small and it has missed a 2nd towel to make it comfortable on the lie. aging could also be offered cover. the breakfast was in order and the staff was very friendly. which was very surprised to us, that nothing was fulfilled when something came out, was thrown out or, for example, a touch. the personal then reacted, should actually run this by itself. in the did, but most of the talks with the chefin personally disappointed us at the arrival and was already very surprised. we were told that the sauna area was opened from 16:00 o'clock 19:00 o'clock, we were very surprised and then got the offer that the sauna is opened for us at 15:00 o'clock. we were happy about it, but then again on the homepage because the times were still funny and then saw that the opening times on the homepage of 12:30 o'clock 20:00 o'clock are actually for the sauna area. Of course we didn't want to sound restless, but of course we were looking for the talk. Unfortunately, the talk with the chefin was anything but great. it has not shown any understanding, has apologised for it or have we received a portioning. she was simply unfriendly and meant that the homepage is outdated and on the notic of us that this cannot be and they should adapt this by the way, there were already recessions that the answer was that she cannot do everything at once?! we then agreed on 14:00 o'clock we hope that the other visitors will also get information about it, because in the sauna area until 16 o'clock nobody else was except us. it was also put into the position that it was also in the review, what it was just not! with such behavior you will not be able to, customers and the customer is now king. we had at least understood and hoped for a small compensation. we wish them to take the recessions seriously here, not like many other recessions. if they would change something in the sauna area and enter more on the customers, then they will be able to move a lot with security. They have now adapted the homepage anyway. all good for them.
We were not hotel guests, but restaurant visitors. in the restaurant there is a very oppressive atmosphere. the foods are processed in succession without demand. a very distanced operation, however, makes a lot upward. so that no feelings were possible. food quality not worth 4 stars. overall we would have expected a lot more.
Hello. so far I had the hotel of some nights in good memory. so I wanted to go back to this hotel. I looked at the homepage and found an actually very good offer that I had booked immediately. the next day came the info: system error unfortunately not to get at the price. So either pay twice or I should cancel for free. Thank you. I was standing across and promptly threatened. that's not how it is. mistakes happen everywhere no question only the circumstance with it disturbs me here massive. not to come, no proposal for a solution. therefore a smooth note 6 . pity johannisbad. we don't see each other again. Here are the two mails: number 1: many thanks for their booking. the price amazed, we checked this and it was found that the system calculated only for one person the amount. so the double amount is to be viewed. we hope that they will recognize this. otherwise they can cancel the booking free of charge. Number 2: Dear Sir. as already mentioned, it was possible by a serious system error to make the booking at the price of one person for two. it was an action, the actual price is at € 408,00. the € 383,33 will apply for the second person. we ask them to take this into account. the possibility of a contest we reserve the right.
Very nice service. you can sit very nicely outside. friendly to our dogs. the salate, the suppe and the bark rouladen have tasted very well. we'll be back.
