A very delicious evening in a modern yet cozy ambience, paired with a surprisingly extensive (especially in German selection wine card). Regional products are processed almost exclusively, but the North Sea fish is not too short (and only in the Bouillabaisse... . Finally Andi Sondej spent a little time in the kitchen of the Soelringhof on Sylt. He can truly cook! Reserve an evening if you're in the area!

We enjoyed a super delicious 5-course menu with a wonderfully matching wine selection. Culinary art, service and ambience at the top level. Enjoyment craft meets the point. We are looking forward to the next visit.
