Contribuisci feedbackWe have eaten in world-class restaurants all over the world and I can honestly say that eat here fits or eat the food we have the pleasure to experience. we ate here twice during our one week stay and could have eaten there. every night! we had the 5 curs uberrazchungs menu (surprise menu for the first time and a la carte for the second time. both times were great, but do you like one and go for the multi-course menu it is totally worth it. we made the wein fit, and they really did a take-off job there. find each time. it rarely happens that each pairing of weeping is so good there is in the regular one (or more that does not quite meet the sweet spot. after the gruss from the kitchen, for the first cure we had (local saiblings-Maki-Sushi, several gone. with a cuddly Weissburgunder/Grauburgunder/GV 2. curs combined was a thai street food suppe mango curry with reisnudels, layers and layers of aromen, paired with yellow muscrat. 3. curs was a beuschel variation (beutschel is a court with various organ, in this case lean cattle and lungs with blueberries and corpse, paired with a beer (beer from the barrel). perfect again. btw, christian adheres to the nase at the **** concept and his creativity can really shine. delicious. the 4th place was a super delicate piece medium-sized bark with kissen soft gnocchi (best I ever eaten and pfifferling (chanterelles coupleed with a great local cab sauv). (all weeping and raw materials are produced locally. 5. Curse was a cream bubble paired with a wild berry sorbet. no clichés here yet a home! with a home made, 2012 nusslauge, over ice with fresh chocolate minze. wow, what a taste sensation! our second time, as mentioned, we made a la carte. I had enjoyed the saibling sushi maki so much that I asked for a double part of the appetizer size as main course. ie had mushroom soup as an appetizer and decided to try a steak (one of their specialties, grilled on the green egg by weber. he was invited to the kitchen to select the cut he wanted. he was completely satisfied with the result. as we had a series of sweet and sweet potatoes with a BBQ dip (they have about 5 or 6 different to choose from. very well prepared and delicious. as others have already mentioned, they have an interesting and very cool concept for their "of the glass " wein. they have several bottles open and the price per serving (which varies depending on wine, of course, always works the same whether they take a 1/8 l glass, 1/4 l, 1/2 l or the whole bottle. every single wein was wonderful and as mentioned from the tasting menu experience, worked great with eating. we liked this sweet alcohol so much, we had it again as dessert: it is a journey worth eating from everywhere! here. and bad mitterndorf is such a nice place to visit, summer or winter and at any time in between.
Three nights here in summer vacation. steak cooked for perfection on green egg bbq. eating and service was excellent. cannot wait to return.
Fantastic eating in a very relaxed environment. it is a culinary experience. I'm very sorry that it's a long way from home, otherwise we would probably eat here every month. we make a way around in our summer trip, especially for this restaurant. it's worth it! then again: quality takes its price. we had a Styrian vitello and tartar as a precursor. for the main course they get to choose their own meat or fish (or both). their choice! they even choose the amount of meat or fish they want, it is prepared on a large green egg. I had a bark fillet and choose a truffle mayonaise with it. never had beef with truffle and not know how on earth I missed it! it is a perfect combination. about the weeping: I love the concept they use! they have several bottles of wee open and they can even taste which they like best. in short, if they like to eat and they are in the neighborhood, they think of a reason to celebrate (everybody will do: and treat them. they will not be disappointed.
The Restaurant is not easy to find but the food is just great ... The service is exceptional and the GIN is orgasmic ; ...
Here you cannot be misled by the outer one. from outside actually a hut, but in the inner full culinary surprises. sensational eating, competent and friendly service, as well as a unique charm. how were already eating in some restaurants, but this is one of our "big five" thanks for this beautiful evening.
