Contribuisci feedbackOur first and last visit. the track is regularly 6 € more expensive per hour than in lübeck and then we were additionally billed after what was in, although we stopped exactly after an hour (on the monitor running a clock with which at 1:00 clock stood. they can expect to take the time for shoes and take them away, dress them the jacket and wait until someone comes to pay is included in the hour and must be paid here! a note that the shoes have already seen significantly better times and must be renewed urgently. lübeck is much better from price/performance and thus the goal for us in the future.
Unfortunately completely overwhelmed service (one makes for bowling, restaurant and billing) and rancid seating during bowling. the shoes are also absolute catastrophe, like the sanitary facilities. Unfortunately there were too small balls for the tracks because it was booked out. it needs a lot more resources. Moreover, they could not order a meal in the restaurant as a larger group was announced. incomprehensible, because in the restaurant there was no other person. we're not coming.
Unfortunately the last is absolutely unorganized. we had to break the Christmas party because everything went wrong. the conditions were absolutely overwhelmed.
Wanted to make our company Christmas party here and had reserved a table with subsequent bowling around 19 o'clock. after we were there on time, the ordering began by approx. 19.20 o'clock, the first drinks were then only clear. served after 20 o'clock!!! and then unfortunately not complete. a note from our managing director at the service has led only to the fact that the managing director of bowling has turned on, loud and inconspicuous and has argued with false facts: allegedly we have been there for a long time, have already got our food and this would be our second drink round at least I have got it so. with this twist of things and no sense of blame, unfortunately, we did not have any choice but to break our Christmas celebration, as we would have had no more eating at all times and guaranteed to bowl. To sum up, I must say that the few employees were not able to provide customers decently but for personal management is the only and only customer-insensitive lawful managing director responsible for serving unprofessional personal drinks individually instead of on a tablet, you can only blame a small one here.
Today the Christmas party of our company in the bowling, I have unfortunately several things that have really disturbed me today. we were to eat and bowling there. when eating I have to say that it was lukewarm and the meat from any reason already crushed. to the service I can only say that all were very friendly, but also that it seemed unorganized to me, unfortunately had to wait long for our drinks. the bowling was fun but also a self-running stop. if I were all counted together, I would unfortunately not recommend to go to the burgers that are still offered I cannot say anything.
